I'm new to Photoshop. So new in fact, that I am only running PSE 4. I have a problem, maybe someone can help. When I sharpen and save an image, I have a very large file size which is above 200kb, that is large for me. When saving the file, using "Save as," I try to lower the file size to around medium or sometimes less, no more than 140kb. After having done so, the image quality goes down hill. Sharpening is lost and any text that I may have applied to the image is blurred. This usually happens with scenic shots, I am a macro shooter at heart but sometimes I take a pretty landscape or two. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Ken Open Mouth Smile
