I currently have a document with a psychedelic background using the gradiant tool What I am trying to accomplish is putting a picture of a dart board into the middle of this like it exploded. Now I'm thinking I should start with the dart board to create the entire color scheme for the document. Yes I am very new to photoshop, but I need to have this done/created today yet! Any help would be very very much appreciated!!!
