Hi there,
First time poster here and I am just trying to find out how to do something with a text effect I saw absolutely ages ago which I now can not find (typical!)
I saw an effect ages ago where there was a person standing normally and text was twisting round them like a tornado.
I have seen a couple of things that are essentially what i am looking for? But they are an animation where as I am just looking for a static picture of it.
I had attempted to have a go myself, but it just ends up looking rubbish with no depth.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction or where I can find this? And I am now starting to question whether this can just be achieved through PS itself.

Type your block of text.
Apply transform options to it. Try the....... free transform I think? It will have a large grid across it. Then drag the corners inwards.
I'd try fading the back corners to add depth... and remember to add the text's "Shadows" to the ground.
