Hi, I'm very new to photoshop and I'm trying to follow this tutorial..

http://www.tuthq.com/ring-of-fire-photoshop-tutorial.php

I have successfully made it through 2/3 of the tutorial but I am stuck on step 13. I have rotated the image 180 degrees but I do not know how to reduce it. It looks to me like the image is being squished vertically or something? Can someone please enlighten me?

PS: im using CS3

You can use Edit-Free Transform to "squish" the image.
