If you scroll down and look at the shirt mask I am stuck... Can someone please show me how to accomplish this mask?? I know I know it is basic, but I am newer to photoshop... Please help???

The layer with the blue teeshirt has transparent pixels around it. As such to select the shirt, ctrl+left click the layer in the layers palette.
You'll see the marching-ants selection of the shirt, with the selection still active add the layer mask and it will automatically be masked with the selection.
