Hmmm....maybe easiest solution is to cut off middle bottom portion and copy and rotate the top portion?

It's going to be very difficult to get it to match exactly for tiling, but if you want to try I'd do it this way. Duplicate the layer and put it in screen mode. Add an layer mask with a B-W gradient. Adjust the opacity as needed.
