I use PS 7 and I've begun getting this message when I go to save a file:
Cannot save file because it is already open or in use by another program.

Gee. If you're saving a file, I think it's required to be open. Yes, I tried closing everything but PS, even the folder where the file is located. This doesn't always occur but when it does I'm forced to change the file name and I'm not allowed to delete the one that wouldn't save.
