Does anyone know of an online tutorial for a beginner to template creation?
Specifically, I want to make birth announcements templates for my photography business. I want to be able to drop in a photo, change colors, etc easily.
Also, where would I find simple graphics to add to this? Ie: a simple leaf border. Or add stripes or patterns without creating my own?

For stock photography we use www.shutterstock.com this site is littered with pre-made templates, designs, art, vectors, clip-art and more!
