I'm really struggling here... If I use certain custom shapes (like 'Registration Target 2'), parts of the image are inverse of what they should be. These inverted regions move, change or disappear entirely depending on what layers are above, what's on those layers, what my zoom level is, etc... BUT! The inverted regions are still in the image when I save it! I've uploaded a simple picture demonstrating this problem... Any and all advice is highly appreciated...
(It really only seems to be in registration target)

I'm confused, your title says custom shapes invert parts of the image and your post says when you use certain brushes. More explanation is needed. |
