I am totally freaked!
When I try to use the text tool, or any other tool all I get is the hand-tool. I cannot use any of the tools.
I've tried everything I can imagine to fix this spending several hours in help program but can not find out what is causing this.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

The space bar is a shortcut for the hand tool, make sure it isn't stuck. |

I am totally perplexed!
Just every now and again the hand-tool shows up and I'm not able to use any other tool???????
Anyway, I appreciate any advice.

Thank's so much for the help.
I don't understand how, but the space-bar solves the problem.
I wouldn't in a million years have ever guessed that would cure the problem.
