I'm bidding on eBay right now,any concern should I have,I know it's legit,but if is already register,would i be able to install and get the updates ?

No man, Don't! it's of no use, why do you want a software which is 8 years old..
Photoshop CS4 is out, upgrade yourself not downgrade Photoshop 7 was good that was one of my best Photoshop releases back then.. and why are you budding just download the software...
