I have Windows 7 at home and Vista at work, both 64-bit versions.
I installed photoshop at both locations the exact same way.

At home, on Windows 7, everything works fine.
At work, Photoshop will not see any third party filters/plug-ins.

I used the installer for the plugins, I've tried manually installing to both the 64-bit version and 32-bit version of the program files/adobe/.... etc/plugins folders. I've also tried making my own c:\plugins folder and adding that folder to the plugins to no avail.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything, twice.

I've followed numerous suggestions with nothing working.

Why can't photoshop load my plugins?
