First off I wanna say i like what i see of the site and browsing the site when i found it which was today,i had to join. I'm a beginner with PS but I am running CS4. I was wondering could anyone help me out with some instructions or point me in the right direction on how to get the effects of the photo i will post in this post. Thank you in advance,your help is greatly appreciated

Welcome aboard, Rampage. :)

It seems like it would be pretty likely that the photo was taken by a professional photographer in front of a green screen and then they used a stock photo of the skyline and put one over the other. Of course, there was probably a thing or two done to the photo of Chad Johnson and the model, as well.

Alright, first of all Hiii : )

Ok, this is a multiple image mixing...

NOW, The photo of the actors are shot differently, and the background is a stock image too..
Then they cutout the actors in Photoshop by the pen tool and add it on another layer.. the background is in the back layer.. Now, obviously both the images have be retouched, it's basically a 2 hr job and according to my experience the image of the actors are HDR : High dynamic range imaging..
in an HDR you can see a lot of detail in all the angels of the photo.. that's why this image looks good...

All in all this is a 3 hr job... : ) to get it that perfect
