Hi I would like to know how to create this effect in photoshop. It is something I had done a few years ago off a tutorial but I forgot how i had done it or which tutorial i had followed. If you can point me to some good tutorial that would be great

Your image name being wrapping, could it be the displace filter you're thinking of ?
