Hi
Is there anyway to activate this helplines magnet feature?It doesn't recognize when i move helplines to the middle of the layer.

Are you talking about the magnetic lasso tool? If so look at the options in the tool bar. |

If there is little difference between the light/dark values in the image you are working on, magnetic lasso will struggle to pick out a path. Not totally sure what you mean though.

Yes. Change the tolerance of the lasso tool, in the context sensitive menu bar.
In truth though I would use any other selection/masking method than the magnetic lasso.

Sometimes mine fail to snap to center.
To put one in the center go: View > New Guide > 50% |

I know but i have to draw at regular intervals some shapes.Im going to use this Guides.
