Was looking through a few websites the other day, having decided to have a go at building my own, and came across the following website;

As you can see its made on http://www.wix.com with very bad SEO. However I really like how shes done the photos of herself on her homepage and can only assume this is something she has achieved on photoshop. Anyone have any ideas how to achieve this look for pictures?
Your help would be much appreciated. |

Convert to B&W. Add a new layer in color mode and paint with yellow. |
