hi there!
I just started using PS CS4 so please don't be harsh with me.
How can I open a image from clipboard?
I opened a Word file, Ctrl+C on a image and now I want to open that image in CS4.
How can I do that?

File>New File
It should open a new file at the dimensions of the file on your clipboard.
Ctrl+V to paste into new document.
