Hello everyone!

I've scoured all over the internet (well almost, lol) to find tutorials or tips on how to achieve a certain effect. Let me show you.

Those are just a few examples. Basically the effect of giving objects, animals, people, etc a very vibrant almost 3d look. Are these photographs? Is it actual 3d? I've been wondering this for the past month and I would really appreciate it if somebody would point me to the right direction. Thank you!

It is a montage of many different types of elements, not hard to do but a bit of work involved. To many different steps to try to describe it properly. It would take longer to explain than to create.

I appreciate the reply but it still doesn't answer my question. Can anyone care to explain or at least point me in a different direction? I want to do something like that for an upcoming project. So this is not just curiosity. Thanks!

It is mostly vector shapes and different brush tips and some 3d objects and different layer styles and lots of patience.
I hope that gives you something to go on. You will be able to find plenty of tutorials to help you create all those elements.
