Hello.
I am on 10.6.3 on iMac 24 and working with PS CS4.
I have completed the work on a painting and, of course, saved it as .PSD
I am trying now to save it as JPG, but can't do it. The attached file shows the problem I am facing.
I need your assistance and help.

If your original PSD is 16bit then it should be converted to 8bit for saving as JPEG. Not sure if that helps you any.
