ok i saw this pic and really wanna know how to create something like this.
I know its probably a HDR but it looks nothing like the HDR pics that i make.

I have Photomatix i my HDRs dont come out even close to that am i doing something wrong? |

Ok I think the car pic is HDR but the sky is another layer altered maybe to Grayscale, brightness contrast etc...

Yeah I agree with seaco,
some few layer mask work has been done on this and I think the whole image is HDR..
