Hi guys, i am really new with this photoshop idea, I have one question and that is how do i get my colour replacement tool to duplicate the exact colour i choose? Mine is never the same colour as what i select. I run photoshop CS4

You'll get better results by creating a solid color adjustment layer set to color (to start with).
Hide all with the mask then use a white brush to reveal what you want colored.
This approach allows you to adjust or change the color after the fact. Also you can change the layer opacity and blending mode to help you get what you want. In this case I set it to overlay.
