Hello,

I am figuring that I must have hit a keystroke and enabled something... But I cant for the life of me figure it out. I am running CS3 on Windows.

When I try to move a layer around, even if I click directly on actual shape/text/whatever... Photoshop moves the layer or group behind it. To properly move a layer around, I must select the entire layer (crtl+a), then click directly on the element or use my keyboard.

Example: My layers window looks like this:
- Header (Group)
--- Logo Text (Layer)
--- Icon (Layer)
--- Icon Bg (Layer)

If I select the Icon layer via the layers window, and click on the Icon on my layer to move it... Photoshop will auto-select the Header group and move the entire group (all 3 layers)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Yes. :) 'Auto select groups' when the move tool is selected.

The simplest solutions sometimes taken the longest time to find. :) Welcome. Good job, Auieos.
