Welcome to the forums.

Hi D-sign to be honest it's not so much about the design or shape of the hat as your knowledge of various Photoshop techniques. Unless you can find a random 'Alpine hat tutorial' it may be more fruitful to take other techniques and tutorials and make them into what you want, for instance use to learn the Pen Tool, then maybe Blending Modes, Gradients. The list goes on.

I don't want to prevent you accomplishing what you want just make you aware it may not be all that easy.

If you do a Google search of suitable images and then correlate that with your hat, material etc t tutorials, you won't go far wrong!
