I shot ome photos accidentally in iso 640 vs 100. What recommendations do you have to improve the image quality in photoshop?

Reduce noise filter, or look if that doesn't do it, Google for third party noise reduction software. You may even find some for free.

Noise and sharpening are opposites. So the first thing I would do is use either NeatImage or Noiseware (community). Both are free.

Then I would go back into PS and do PP ending with some moderate sharpening.
