				| Hello Everyone
I'm new to the forums. I have a question that I've asked many designers and no one seems to know the answer for sure. Is there a plugin for Photoshop..OR is there another program that will allow me to take a regular photo, and make it look like a cartoon/comic book? For instance, if I was to take a stock photo of a city skyline...and wanted to make it look like Batman's Gotham City....

thats the best example I can give for what I'm talking about.

 Anyone know??!

 thanks everybody!

				| There are some filters in Photoshop itself that will probably be of some use, but as far as I know, there's no point and click solution.....Use the stock photoshop filters such as anything in the artistic or brush strokes category and play around until you figure out which each of them does.....Then figure out which will give you your desired results.....Sorry I can't be of more help, but sometimes in Photoshop, there's no easy solution, just experimentation...._________________

				| Hi Joker, I don't know of any plug-ins that will do what you want, but there are plenty of actions that will.

Take a look at the image effects section there and you should find plenty of cartoon actions or search google for cartoon actions for photoshop. They are easy to use. Wayne
