Is it possible to have a Photoshop script run when images are dropped into a folder shared on a network drive?

Example, if I want an image to run through a script I would just drag and drop the image into \\server-image-processing\batch\prepare-for-web\

If an image were dropped in that folder my prewritten Photoshop script would do it's thing and be done.
