This is my Facebook profile. I need help making my (iPod-style) profile pic solid/flat -- without the ugly halo effect around "iChris" and the graphic of my body, etc.

I understand that Facebook is reducing the quality of our uploaded profile pics, but this is driving me crazy. No matter what format I save it as, it's crappy. Thanks for anyone's help!

Thanks, kpmg77.
I'm disappointed that Facebook is reducing the quality of the pics we upload. I think they can afford the extra server space at this point!
