Hi
Ive been trying to add layers to a photo for my website and GIMP was ok but can anyone recommend something that is easy to use- or is it that GIMP i s easy to use but as a noob its just me needing to learn about it more

GIMP is the major free release I know of, there are cheap alternatives but not free. Welcome to the forum.
