Hello,
I want to create a new logo using text as per the attachment. Can anyone please advise on how i can create text like this.

There are literally millions of fonts available that are not part of the stock Photoshop suite. Just doing a search for free calligraphic fonts turns up page after page of free fonts you can use. Without knowing the name of a precise font used, trying to replicate it could take many hours of searching. Your best bet is to try to find something else that you like equally as well and can obtain readily. It certainly wouldn't be inappropriate to email a webmaster to ask about a particular font used. Just my 2 cents.
