Hi and welcome to he forum Geat. Of course, it is possible to do it in elements, I suppose there may be some conflicts in some of the tutorials but nothing I imagine that would stymie you. I don't know of any good pop art tutorials I'm afraid but can give you a standard google search if you like, but we would really be at the same place.
