If i have a picture of lets say a sheet of paper with a message written on it in printer ink and some of the words are scribbled out with ballpoint pen, how can i lift the ballpoint pen off of the words so as to read them more clearly?

tldr; how do i clean up scribbled text?

hi,
if the document was scanned in rgb and the ink was in color. You might look at your channel pallet and maybe turn off one or two of the channels sometimes that works.
