I am doing this for a class and it is very simple but I cannot get the smart layer with all the smart filters attached to it, to scale. Everytime I try to scale the layer it says it disables the view and it shows the bounding bars in the correct dimension but when I click enter it goes back to being full sized canvas layer. If you have any suggestion please let me know. If you want to take a shot at it I supplied the directions and the images you need. Thanks I appreciate your help.
