How can I use texture as a brush color? I know I have the Patters, but I would like to use a texture in the brush and not a Pattern. I need a help to how do this?
I tried make a marque selection in texture, and copy this selection, but doesn't works.

you want a brush where you can apply a texture.....

create your own brush it relatively simple....

you can take any image/paterrn/texture etc
into a brush.....

here
some tutorials
http://designm.ag/tutorials/photoshop-brush-tutorials/

this one shows variations and the fact about using the brush presets.

Or could the pattern stamp tool be what you are after?

Sorry for my question.
I got it jerryb4417, but this will works like a new brush shape, actually I search for the put the color of a texture in brush. For example. I have a texture with gold stripes. And I would use this brush painting with this gold stripes from the texture image.

I were thinking to use a textre in patterns and use in brushes. The stamp is cool idea. I just have to adjust the image.
Thanks!

any way it does look like renata suggestion might be what works out best for you...

when i was making tree brushes i was looking for a way for the brush to retain the colors of the tree in the image i was working with, but i never found anything ... always had to colorize the tree afterwards.... about the closest i got to do that was using the presets (jittter) and setting forgrund and background colors... i don't think that what you want... here tutorials i found that helps explain what i mean
