Hi and welcome to the forum. It may help you if you search for terms like
'scrapbook photoshop'. There are also a million and one sites that do
brushes try brushes
Stock images can also be used to create some of the effects that you want,
try stock images for starters it should have
the paper textures and flowers that you need.

hi,
like thehermit mentioned it best to do searches... and be smart on how to search..
for example... there appears that a coupleof brushes are plant brushes... so do a search for photoshop plant brushes...
did a quickie and found this site that has a couple of similar brushes

or this one ...
read the discriptions that can lead you to what keywords to use in your search criteria
now there appears to be some arabic characters brushes do a search for those ...
