I haven't made any changes to my preferences but all of a sudden when I go to edit a gradient overlay, I cannot move the color stop selection to change colors. Never had this problem before Mad . Any ideas?

Thanks

Try clicking on the color stop and changing the position through the location percentage box located below, directly to the right of 'color'.

Usually something that can not be changed is greyed out. Is this the case?

Possibly take a screenshot of the issue for the forum if problems persist.

Probably not, we all suffer from the occasional 'fixes itself' problems. Big Wink

hi,
ican't see the image but as far as picking the color you need to keep in mind that when you have green there actually maybe several shades of green pixals it just our eyes sort of blends them all together...

now a couple of things you can do is
1. really zoom in untill can easily pick shade pixal you want....
2. or use a average you have setting at the top,
where you can set the sampling either for point sampling or 3x3 (pixal) average or a 5x5 avg, etc....
