Stick with 7 until PS 15 comes out.....By then it might actually make a difference.....

PS CS can do text paths.. PS 7 can't...It's a pain in the rump.
But not worth the upgrade...

photohsop cs is better than 7, hence the reason for the upgrade.... maybe not worth the upgrade however if your gonna start with one you want to start with CS becuase its got more, if even only text paths and minor other edits...
check out what photoshop says about CS, they have a nice little gif running of the differnees if i remember correctly, maybe flash not sure
