I have been looking for tutorials on how the light reflection below is created on the black windshield. Can't really find much that will show me the right way to go about this. I am using CS3. Any ideas would be much apprecitaed

I would say it's either a gradient and or airbrushing.
In Photoshop terms I would mask out the window and use paths/selections in conjunction with foreground to transparent gradient (g or shift g), with layer masks.
