What's going on here? Has this contest gone totally awry?

rpeeb & gecko,
Correct me if I'm not mistaken, but don't these contests work by going off off the last complete image?

And gecko, I don't get your most recent effort. Are we just going to keep re-framing submissions until we und up with some Escher-esque photo?

I don't get what's going on here. Maybe I don't know what a photoshop contest is supposed to be.

The continuation should have been from Kinja's grave image.

Hey, I'm not blaming you guys for anything.

I thought the last post to go off of was Kinja's just before the grave pic.

Relax guys... its just a game. Had some creative creations so far. I am not sure if Kinja has set rules, but if he has... follow them.

We are working on some basic rules for games and if someone would like to contribute something. (Different games and their rules) Please feel free to do so in the Website forum.

Thanks. :)

Hey guys, i never specified rules... I did hope it would have stayed with the space theme... no big deal.. But I think keeping file dimensions and the 100 kb filesize should be requirement because i feel that enforcing those restrictions would help people learn more about Photoshop through optimization. Also I think both wars I have participated in should be looked over and have the admins draw up official rules. That way no one can argue, especially since this, to me, was meant to inspire people to enhance their Photoshop skills and have FUN doing it. I like the idea of the wars, its fun and it lets me have access to people who dwarf me in skill. The teletubbie thing kind of left me feeling like I was being made fun of. Reason being is he didn’t make any effort to blend it in, if he doesn’t know how then I would hope he would have said something. I’m prolly taking it too serious, but I'm serious about learning this stuff! Now everyone knows why I am a member here! Big Grin

Have any tips for making the file size smaller yet making the picture visable? I have one done that has the grave that we are now using, but you cant really see whats in it without it being large. Any tips?
