Is the attached image an optical illusion / photoshopped image or is it real.
The website I found it on claims that this is real. I guess the question would be; Is it humanly possible to flip one's head back that far AND put one's foot in place of his head ALL WHILE FLYING IN MID AIR?

You mean you can't do a triple salco, double camel, with a back flip, inverted sideways? Looks OK to me, although the breastbone configuration is an issue, but I presume not impossible.
But then, what do I know?

"triple salco, double camel, with a back flip, inverted sideways" is a mouthful but I'll try
Auieos, you even know her name! Is there no limit to your knowledge?
Seriously how did youknow who it was without a face showing or was it the dress that gave her away?
