I am currently attempting to cobble together a custom wordpress site and the theme I currently have has a full-screen homepage image slider/transition effect.

My dilemma is this: do I put 5 random completed works on it, or do I put a transition of before image to after but with different processes (colour grading etc) on each image. I am not proposing to do a stages of completion/retouch transition.

Any thoughts anyone?

Hey Mike,

I'd go with the 5 works you are most proud of.

If you do lots of retouching etc then it might be good to have before and afters to show off the skills.

I was going to have a page where before and after could be viewed, but on the landing page/homepage I was unsure whether to go for a progress of images or just 5 completed works.

Thanks for the thoughts.
