How would i create a wrapped banner just like this image here? is there any available tutorials on something similar to this? thanks in advance.

It could be done with 3D->Repousse, for example.
Make circle with Ellipse tool, then 3D->Repousse(Depth = 10, Twist ~ 1800, Scale=~0, Quality = Best, Bend ~ 30)
In Deffuse texture make vertical strip of pictures (app. 20-30% width), for Opacity texture make the same strip only the black one on a white bg.
You can change the Repousse options any time.
As a final touch you may use Transform warp, or some other stuff.

I haven't checked the settings, but certainly have no reason to doubt the excellence of SCTRWD's advice, and can only say kudos in what seems to be a ideal answer.
I don't get to use any of those options settings in my work and so find it impressive when others find a workaround/solution to such problems.
