Does anyone know how to get PS to show only the HUE,SAT,LUM of an image (as grayscale)?
I know how to do it with RGB... |

Thanks, although, it's not quite what I was after
It doesn't have to be greyscale - but I find it's easier to convert greyscale to any color-coding system I want after.

The HSB/HSL filter does just what you want: instead of RGB channels you get HSL channels. Each channel is the grayscale image based on Hue, Sat or Light of the original image. (You can't rename base channels in PS so the one named "Red" is actually Hue, "Green" is Sat and "Blue" is Lightness. ) Go to the channel you want. |
