Hi,
I am pretty much new to PS, would anyone mind giving me some suggestions as to how I could remove the reflections from the sunglasses in this photo without it being obvious to the viewer?

That would be very difficult if you want to still see the babies eyes!

I'm not too worried about that actually - I have had a few attempts but it has very obviously post-processed!
