is there a way to convert avi to animated gifs in phototshop
i seen a tutorial some where but i dont remember

Hmm. I remember reading about that also, Best I can think of is search google hard and heavy.  |

You can open an avi file in ImageReady and save optimized as a gif. Just make sure you have a computer with a good amount of resources. My poor laptop almost croaked when I tried it.

when i open a avi in imageready it give me this error

i got a new quicktime player the newest one so what do i do
