this may sound dumb but how do u get custom fonts into photoshop 7 my OS is windows XP |

Copy and paste them into your Font Folder
Start>Control Panel>Fonts

But Why:
Because Windows will auto install any new fonts you place into the fonts folder. Every application will then have access to the fonts. Depending on how many you have you may not encounter problems. But if you aqcuire too many you may encounter limitations in some programs or complete system lag in others.
