Please, i need tips to improve one of these logos, and please let me know wich one suites best a web design company.
And please, one last question, is it better if i vectorize my logos, what advantages do i take by doing it?
My company`s name will be " Castro & Rocha Web Design"
Thank you!

I'd say the first one with some changes:

Put Castro Rocha inside the square and not touching the edges and put web designers beneath it. Maybe a slight gradient to the box to spice things up a bit.
