Hi,

I have designed a flyer for work and when it's on a PC screen it looks fine. The black is a true black. However, when I come to print the flyer the black come out as a lighter black, and a very dark black is left around the images that I have edited with the brush tool. I don't understand why this is happening.

I have attatched a printscreen of what the flyer looks like on-screen and a photo of what the print comes out like as a hard-copy.

Any help is greatly appriciated as work are getting a bit annoyed with this.

Thanks,

Steve

Working in 32 bit CMYK should solve this problem.
You need the 32 bit to achieve pure blacks.

Take print in cmyk format. Also try taking prints from different printers. I suggest you take a laser print or digital print.
