sorry, i'm kinda new in photoshop. can someone teach me how to fix spot area such like this? i want the spot area looks natural with whole pic. hope you get what i mean Nod

I would cut a piece to fit the larger area from another section. You can blend and change the brightness as necessary. The arm and smaller areas can be repaired with the clone tool. Always work on a new layers.
