I have been taking some photos for friends and, some some reason, while the images look great on my computer screen, the prints don't measure up. The shadows are blochy. The colors are different. Some of the prints are washed out.

The photos are edited on Photoshop and saved as JPG's. They are about 8MB each. Photoshop is set to sRGB coloring.

Any ideas?

Your printer and your monitor are not calibrated to each other.
