So, I have a graphic that I am doing for a friend and they are asking for it to be saved in some odd formats that I've never heard of - and unsure HOW / WHERE / WHAT to use to save.

I got the .eps version, but how do I get the other versions and how do I go about doing it? Any ideas?

I have attached the graphic - maybe some kind soul can help me with it?

CDR is a Corel Draw file. EPS and Ai are Illustrator. Obviously they are looking for vector files but why they want or need all three is the real question.
